Comprehensive Sex Ed and access to reproductive healthcare is the best way to reduce the number of abortions in the US.
Also mandating insurance coverage that makes medical birth control affordable for everyone, without letting A CONVENT FULL OF CELIBATE WOMEN take that coverage away from everyone else

I don’t think it’s the MOST effective way but it can absolutely be a big help.
A program to test this out in Colorado found a 50% decrease in abortions. I’d say that’s pretty effective.
