That presumes that Democrats will gain both the White House and the Senate this election. What happens when Republicans regain both? One key problem with nuclear war is if the other side has nukes and has shown greater willingness to use them, your tactic will come back at you.
Pretty sure the “nuclear” tactic has already been well embraced by Republicans. What do we have to lose?

As I indicated, do this, and the Republicans will add twice the number of justices to the Supreme Court in short order. We don't need a court that turns into Congress. What should be done is picking Democratic presidential candidates whom voters will support.
