So much about Texas law stifles competition. From the absurd alcohol laws to car dealerships. This state would be so much better if we had laws that encouraged competition.

That’s the entire country. Anti-competition & anti-monopoly laws haven’t been enforced for decades. It’s why very few corporations run the world & why our country has fallen to pieces.

The state would be much better off if cannabis was legal instead of alcohol. At the very least texas should end cannabis prohibition and allow people to choose the far less harmful option.
