My wife has Celiac Disease. I don’t. If she has gluten she’ll get sick. I won’t. When I’m making something with gluten, I’m careful to avoid cross contamination with her food. Not to help me, but so she doesn’t getting sick. COVID masks are the same. Wear them for someone else.
