I am sure that Mike Pence would have preferred eliminating Planned Parenthood over any cuts to any homeless youth programs. Just an FYI..when you are "gifting" you might want to give a person something they want not something you need to give. Just saying.
Well, since no federal dollars go to Planned Parenthood, other than for services like mammograms and cervical cancer screenings (none for abortion), there’s not really much to cut there. Unless of course you don’t think people should be able to use Medicaid to get a mammogram?
