They were “concerned” that protesters would throw them. In light of today’s protests, I thought this was worth discussion.

Ew. I have been a woman my who life and never once, no matter how angry, I've never thought, "Hey, ya know what? I'll just throw a tampon at them!" Now I have to use the Google to find out if tampon throwing is even a thing.
