Let’s take this angle: do you plan on taking down liquor stores? Because they never closed and are deemed essential while others need to work to feed their families and are told to stay home.
Places that can do curbside pick up are fine. Same thing for restaurants that do curbside. We even allow restaurants to sell liquor to go because of COVID. I don’t understand the need to open a main seating area when there are better/safer options that allow them to sell food.
