This virus is not going anywhere. The economy needs to reopen, responsibly--which it is. High-risk people can choose to stay at home.The point of the lock down was to avoid straining the healthcare system which we have.They'll never be at perfect time when no one wont b at risk.
Opening movie theaters isn’t responsible. Opening restaurants for sit down when they could do take away is not responsible.
