The putz former councilman Putnam who says it’s “absolutely my right” to risk being infected—does he know that he can infect others without even knowing he’s infected himself? And I’m not even sure which is worse—that he does know it or he doesn’t.
Not sure. He’s not the brightest crayon in the box and he’s also a horrible human being so it could go either way.
