Seeing all of the comments about superglue, I’ve done it before and it works (depending on the depth of the cut), BUT it did leave a pretty noticeable scar. Also, disclaimer: I have a PhD, not an MD and this is not medical advice.

I’ve done it as well. It can work, but it depends a lot on the location, depth, and length of the wound as to whether it’s even as advisable to try. Concern is wound can heal over but become infected underneath the healed surface, leading to potentially dangerous complications.

Yep. Gorilla glue for shallow cuts. But in my experience, it’s been pretty clear when I needed to go to the ER. Snipped off a fingertip with pruning shears? Ayup, ER.

What in the name of using UV light to treat Covid 19 are you guys talking about. DO NOT use gorilla glue or any other product not intended for use on the skin. Have you guys been huffing paint or something!?
