Wyoming has local areas that have put stay at home orders into place. The states that have no stay at home orders and no local stay at home orders are Arkansas, Iowa, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota. They are getting worse by the day.
I’m stuck in South Dakota and its pretty scary. I get that most of the state is very rural, but the population centers need more regulations at the very least. Restaurants are carry out only & salons & etc are closed, but so much still feels open. I’m worried.
