What is your experience? Some of my friends still have labs doing research and others shutdown.
When I was in the lab, most of my work involved interventions with older adults. There’s no way to keep collecting data in that group. If this had happened during my dissertation, it would have cost me a semester at minimum unless I could use previously collected data.

Mine would have been derailed as well. I see quite a few of the labs with clinical connections adding COVID studies. That keeps you doing research but not progressing on your dissertation.
