To reopen the economy we need to be doing between 750,000 and 22 million tests A DAY depending on the estimate. Right now, we are doing about 150,000. That means our current testing is between 1% and 20% of the testing we need. We have a lot of work to do before reopening.

The fact that the US cannot get it together to do this is stunning! Why every corner of government, working with the private sector, isn’t concentrating every bit of energy on this is crazy.
We must know where the virus is to avoid it, consistent testing must be done, a negative test only means you haven't been exposed to the virus YET, 99% of Americans have not been tested and we have no clue where the next problem area will be.
