Aww, Doc. First time I've disagreed with you, lol. Yes. Yes. Yes. Two spaces were needed for monospace fonts on typewriters and early word processors. We've come a long way since then. Also, no one should be forced to learn cursive writing anymore.

I’m actually with you on the cursive front. I just find that two spaces makes for easier reading, even with newer fonts, so I like it.
