This is even more the case of older adults. This group is already the most vulnerable to
#COVID19. If their immune systems drop down and they aren’t taking good care of themselves, more people will get sick and die.Show this thread
This is all to say call, text, FaceTime, sing to each other from your balcony, etc... your friends, family, and neighbors. Not only do they need it during this pandemic, but so do you. And let’s face it, you’re going to run out of shows to binge watch pretty quickly.

Great ideas. In our neighborhood, we're going to do lawn chair gatherings, safely spaced apart, so we can chat in person. I often walk in my area and it's been amazing the last few days seeing more neighbors outside & wanting to talk (staying at least 6 feet away)
