Everyone agrees there should be help for people affected by coronavirus, stop politicizing it. Many states have sick leave mandates on the books now, including California and Murray’s state of Washington. A federal mandate needs thoughtful implementation. It’s being worked on.

Yesterday, the GOP didn't agree. Yet you claim "everyone agrees". When did this agreement happen, in the last 5 minutes? The only people politicizing this are Republicans, and they have been since the beginning. Remember Gaetz and a gas mask? Not so funny now, is it?

Everyone agrees there should be help for people affected by coronavirus. $8 billion was just passed. Just because one GOP senator doesn’t want to jam through a not thought out bill from a senator whose state already has paid sick leave doesn’t mean he doesn’t want to help people.

You do understand that any American is able to get on a flight home from Europe at any time don’t you? The travel ban does NOT relate to Americans trying to get home. Anybody paying $20,000 for a flight here who is an American is buying into the fabricated panic and hysteria.

Don't tell me, tell them. The President told everyone there was a travel ban, and people are scrambling to come home.

Exactly how am I supposed to do that? You don’t think the information is out there that it doesn’t apply to Americans? I knew it. It’s not like that information is being hidden from us. This is overblown panic and same hysteria that caused every store to run out of toilet paper.

Lynn, I’m in Europe right now. Was the information available? Yes. Was it confusing? Yes. Is it recommended by the WHO? No.

I will concede Trump should have made it more clear in his speech that no Americans abroad will have trouble getting home when ban takes affect, but any intelligent person would be able to figure that out before paying $20k for plane ticket. Is what recommended by WHO?

But they ARE having trouble getting home. You can say they won't all you like, however that isn't the reality.
