In Spain and needed a medication. It was OTC (prescription in US) and cost about $3 compared to $25 with insurance in the US. It is the exact same thing from the exact same company. US, we need to do better.

In Thailand I asked about an Anti-fungal creme for scalp dermatitis. Prescription only in USA and $80 for 100 ml. In Thailand, 10 times the quantity for $4. Unreal.
Truly amazing that so many other countries have figured this out, but we still haven’t.
