I appreciate all of the politicians and pundits who suddenly think science is important, but until you work to #ElectScientists it’s all just hot air. #ActionsSpeakLouder

So, using your logic, can we assume that you'd be no good on economics? Honest question.
I wouldn’t say no good, but an economist would likely be better. The good news is that we have quite a few economists in and around Congress with whom I would be able to consult. On the other hand, there is only one scientist for those economists to consult with.

I'd likely vote for you if i could, but i felt the post was more of a typical, political post that's void of logic. Science is broad. I doubt you wouldn't want a consult in many areas as well. Don't downplay voter's intelligence.

I get that. The intent had more to do with politicians who profess their love of science and then actively work against scientists who are running for office. I’ve seen it from a few and it’s frustrating.
