Abstinent only is the ONLY thing that prevents pregnancy and STDs... of course it should be taught and pushed harder.
Literally the exact opposite. It’s worse than nothing at all.

I agree with you that teaching abstinence only is not the best form of sex ed. The first time through many (including me) read it as "abstinence isn't the best way to prevent pregnancies/STIs", which it is, but you're saying teaching abstinence isn't the best way...that's correct
