Thank you, but as an academic most PhDs have done extensive research in their field. I do hope they put that to use in Congress.
Yes, research is required in the field of study and I agree that is helpful. I think the lack of people with a background in scientific is something that should change.

Agree, I considered running as a Veteran with a PhD in education, but reconsidered. Was hoping to make a difference but think my work at the college level can help more.
