Hey, I’m 100% for keeping another blind Trump loyalist like Beth out of Congress, but advocating blanket passage of the GND is not gonna go over well in our part of North Texas even among Democrats and especially among others you’re gonna need come November.

I understand the concern, but when we talk with constituents here about what the GND is, a set of goals to get to a carbon neutral scenario, coupled with the health benefits from cleaning our air it goes over well.

I tried explaining to people that the date given by scientists for the point of no return is an educated guess. We might have already past the due date. Also even if we can turn it around the climate has been changed forever. It will not be the same as before.
