I appreciate a good political ad, but can we agree that our votes should go to the best candidate, not just the one with the best PR firm?

I would love to see the best candidate win. Yet that is not reality. The reality is whomever gets their message out the most wins and that takes money. To be very practical we need money to get our candidates in. I do my best on twitter to get the message out for the Democrats.
You’re right that you need resources to get your message out. That is an absolute must to start. Once the message is out there, I would hope that we pick the candidate with the best message and who is the best fit for us.
