My mom has osteoporosis so she cannot do a lot of physical activity. There is a history of Alzheimer’s in her family. How do you suggest that she exercise?

The good news is that most exercises can be modified to accommodate something like osteoporosis. Seated exercises, resistance bands, water aerobics, and light walking are common examples. The place I would start is with Silver Sneakers. http://www.silversneakers.com
