Alzheimer’s and dementia both run in my family. So I try to do all the little things I can to keep my brain sharp. I totally agree that doing puzzles just makes you good at puzzles. I can do a 16x16 extreme sudoku, but still forget to put the coffee creamer back in the fridge.
