Systemic racism in this country will only be solved with systemic fixes. Whether that's a check or investment in communities that have been held back because of slavery and discriminatory practices is not yet clear, but establishing an economic floor is a must.
I fully support the passage of H.R. 40 to study the issue. Furthermore, I'm for universal health care, universal Pre-K and am dedicated to fixing our crumbling infrastructure, specifically in disenfranchised communities who suffer disproportionately from its ill effects.

I'm also open to the idea of a census question identifying ADOS in an effort to ensure that support in whatever form is properly directed.
