*Same* I honestly still think everyone just pays 20 cents for breakfast, and 50 cents for lunch, and I haven't seen otherwise.
I went to a low income elementary and middle school so all lunches were provided at no charge to the students. It wasn’t until later on that I realized this wasn’t the case everywhere. I have never understood why we don’t provide free lunch (and breakfast) to all of our students.

We have breakfast programs in our schools not just for low income but for children that don’t have time to eat a nutritious breakfast before school.
