Yes it is. The only response I have ever gotten to written contact are form letters. It's horrible and honestly, I don't think he cares. I've always maintained the belief that our voices matter with our elected officials until Abbott became our governor. It's pitiful.

Honestly, it's part of the reason I decided to run. Our current Representative Kenny Marchant hasn't held a public forum in at least 8 years!
