Thank you so much for everything you're doing! Running for Congress here and support common sense legislation like universal background checks on guns and ammo. (The science says that doing both could reduce gun deaths by up to 81%.)

Science? Common sense is realizing that criminals don't follow laws.

And yet we have them anyway.

Please explain how legislating gun ownership will prevent senseless death. You speak of science as an absolute. How about you follow the skinny kids lead and legislate evil out of existence. Let us know how that works out.

If people who are likely to harm themselves or others do not have access to lethal tools, fewer people will be harmed. BTW, we already do this on the vast majority of gun purchases. We are just proposing to make sure it happens in all cases and that nobody can skirt the rules.

That's the problem. All gun laws are infringements on our natural rights. I only want it to be just as easy for me to buy a gun as it is for a criminal to buy a gun.
