That's a fair question for any politician. It's possible for my mind to change about something if there is new evidence that changes things. BUT I try to be open about my stances and put them in black and white so that you can hold me to them. http://www.bigganforcongress.com/issues
I know some other candidates who run on personality and keep quiet about policy. Those are the ones I worry about most. I'm doing my best to be the kind of candidate I, as a voter, would like to see.
