The localization method of the enhancer of rudimentary in fruit flies. The paper covers all research including mine right up to 2019. Actually my work agrees with the work of other scientists and I do use bioinformatics on top of lab work.

The enhancer of rudimentary in Drosophila melanogaster has its counterpart in the human ERH. The structure is very similar. It is a highly conserved gene.
