I’m just out of the 5th Circuit argument. The court was *very* skeptical about the constitutionality of at least parts of the Affordable Care Act. It is likely the court will strike down some of it and it will go to the Supreme Court.
Thank you for the update. It is awful to see Donald Trump and inducted Ken Paxton using the courts to strip away protections for people with preexisting conditions. In 2020, everything is at stake.
