    I’m going to print this and put it on my wall. Inherently I know this, but while in the thick of things I forget. There has always been a heaven on the other side of hell.

    Just remember- the only way out is through. Whatever you’re going through right now, good or bad, it’s preparing you for something else that’s amazing. If you can stand in this moment and believe that there is a message in this mess, I promise you, you will get through this.

    All things happen for a reason. This is my mantra and it has carried me through difficult times. Like now. I forgot the saying "if it's too good to be true it probably is" because the "good" was coming from a supposedly reputable source. Now I'm back at 0.
