There's an option to download videos if you use their YouTube Premium service. That's probably the biggest reason. Either that or it was bot-generated.

Whelp. There it goes. I wouldn't worry too much about it (as it was a very old video) but then you got a community guidelines strike from it. Which then I decide to question it. YTP's fall under fair use and he was using the video to make a YTP.

So may I ask, YouTube how did it violate the community guidelines so badly he needed a strike?

I hate to be the devil's advocate here, but technically downloading YT videos IS against the Youtube TOS. So I'd assume thats why it got removed

YouTube now has this subscription that allows you to download videos straight from the website (without the use of external plugins and other websites), so doing it the old-fashioned way is considered bad taste to their algorithms.
