I got the COVID-19 vaccine today! My wing is feeling a little sore, but it'll give my body an extra protective boost that keeps me and others healthy.
Ms. @EricaRHill even said I’ve been getting vaccines since I was a little bird. I had no idea!

My advice for you and others that aren't used to getting shots, let your limb relax, don't tense the muscles. You do that and you'll barely even notice the needle in your arm, and it'll hurt less afterwards. A little life lesson that doesn't get passed on enough.

I wish I'd done this for my 3rd COVID shot. My arm hurt so bad the following day. Still worth it though.

My kiddo will be getting his first Covid vaccine today too! Nobody loves getting shots, but we are excited to build immunity! I hope your arm feels better in a day or so!
