.@Maddow just broke a May, 22 Justice Dept MEMO from MERRICK GARLAND that basically says there will be no substantial indictments before midterms citing Bill Barr's 2020 DOJ policy. "Election sensitivities" This confirms what I (+ others) have been attacked for saying.

"No indictments" but they can still continue to investigate I presume ? By trying to look apolitical, Garland's looking more political than ever. Trump IS NOT in office. It shouldn't matter about an upcoming election since he's not running.

Yeah he should wield his power and enforce federal statute, 18 U.S. Code §1507. Which makes it illegal to attempt to influence a justice, judge, or juror by protesting outside their residence. If you want him to wield power don’t be hypocritical choosing when or which laws apply
