Laid is super good in all but is he really better than the potentially PGR player that is Raffi-X??
Keep in mind PGR combines both Summer and Fall Season. Laid had a much better Fall Season than Summer, where he was previously ranked under Raffi (and where Raffi got his top 8 at Shine, respectively). For reference, Laid is even with Marss and his worst loss is DM.
