I’ve seen some confusion on this. On Friday — separate from the American Rescue bill — SBA announced it was letting 3M+ businesses defer EIDL loan payments for an extra year. We’re glad to see bipartisan support for this and other changes we’ve made to help small businesses.

She’s taking credit for a Biden Executive Order, confusing it with some bill that actually hasn’t passed. Easy for people to infer she was referring to the Rescue Act she voted against.

Yes, but that one year loan payment extension for businesses of her bill is already covered by a Biden executive order. And her bill has no text; it's totally meaningless.
