If you witnessed the flagrant abuse of some in the Plaintiff's bar and the adverse affects of how frivolous lawsuits impact small business owners, you'd agree a modification is needed. The ADA is a well intentioned law that has had unintended legal consequences.

Fair point Jon, but the ADA laws are rarely followed. I believe that education about the ADA is something that is lacking and is the reason for these lawsuits. I have witnessed numerous companies small and large not follow ADA laws.
