In addition to Mr. Kelly’s firing, the American deserve a thorough Congressional investigation of Rob Porter’s role at the White House, which White House staff were aware of his repeated domestic violence & why Mr. Kelly allowed him to handle classified information.

Exactly. If he regularly handled Classified material - without clearance - then that’s criminal. If others knew and abetted that then that’s conspiracy.
