Once again, we have failed to meet our treaty responsibilities
to tribal nations.
Basic services like health clinics, tribal justice services, and food assistance for seniors are being put at risk for nearly 1.9 million people throughout Indian Country. #EndTheShutdown

Nope, it’s on the POTUS who “refuses” (his words) to budge. If he expects congress to compromise, he needs to as well. Since this is no longer an apparent emergency, he needs to re-open the government or congress needs to get a spine and override his veto.
