Great, now people are going to be getting cancer just to defer their student loans. Another government handout. (An obvious jest, but sadly this is the logic some people employ)
Proud that my amendment to allow student loan borrowers battling cancer to defer their loan payments was included in this year’s spending package. Soon, cancer patients won’t have to worry about their federal student loans while fighting for their lives.https://cnb.cx/2PCaJDo
