Where is the personal accountability and responsibility?
I'm offering an amendment to permit individuals diagnosed with cancer to defer payments on public student loans while in treatment. Over 70,000 young adults are diagnosed with cancer each year. No one should have to choose between paying medical bills & paying student loans.
