My thought is that information doesn't need to be on social media to begin with. People should get their information from real professionals; talk to their doctors, go to the websites for the vaccine manufacturers, moderated discussion boards for their issues, and DOH, CDC, WHO.

I respectfully disagree. Twitter is phenomenal for getting into new knowledge areas- type things you didn't know you didn't know? Overall, people are extremely helpful with explaining rather complicated things to total strangers
