@Betterment I'm rolling over a Traditional IRA currently with PNC Investments. I've printed the form from your website, but how do I know if a Medallion Signature Guarantee is required?
It looks like they require either a MSG or a notary. You may want to check with them to see if one is preferred over the other. I hope this helps!
