@Betterment when did you change your plan pricing? Thought I was getting 0.15% annual fees, not 0.25%
We let our customers know in January that we planned to streamline our fees. The actual change went into effect on June 1, 2017.

Just found that email: the price change (specifically, the increase) was buried in the 4th paragraph. I'm not impressed.

Email was phrased as if you were introducing new plans. Not eliminating the old ones. It was an 8 paragraph marketing email.
