I got a response but it was not satisfactory. I don't want to liquidate, I want to transfer assets in kind like the paperwork we know you received says to do. I'm entitled to do so as the owner of the securities in your portfolio. I'd like to speak with a manager (1/2)

We are prepared to file a formal complaint with the SEC. Our records show the transfer was initiated on 12/21, well over the acceptable amount of time for something trivial like this.
