@BettermentHelp : Hi Betterment Team why cant you properly transfer the cost basis to eTrade? Its been over 6 months on my transfer request and still it has not been done. Stocks are transferred but eTrade says you are sending the cost basis of all shares as ZERO.
Hi Anupam - Thanks for reaching out. We reviewed the cost basis that was sent to E*Trade, and the price of the shares have been reported correctly, and are not showing as zero. A Specialist will reach out via email shortly to assist further.
