I was happily using @Betterment for a few years to do some basic investment, but back in *March*, I decided to transfer out in full to another firm. Betterment STILL HAS NOT RELEASED most of my funds. Do not use them! How this is acceptable under any circumstances I have no idea.

No. To be clear: there were TWO transfer requests and you have only completed the one. My new firm has been in touch with you weekly, or even multiple times a week, and the funds were to arrive 7/31 and they didn’t.

I replied to your email because you guys didn’t transfer the entire balance! Some got left behind. Also the tax basis information seems to be missing. Do you transfer out in a way where that is not retained?
