Me: We sent you transfer paperwork for a client's account.
Betterment: Naw. Don't have it.
Me: I have a tracking number. You SIGNED for it.
Betterment: Maaaybe. But we don't have it.
Me: So you lost it and didn't tell anyone.
Betterment:

I know. Betterment’s social media team has got to learn to stand down when they have absolutely no clue what they’re talking about in regards to an ongoing issue. Definitely a bad (worse?) look.
