Me: We sent you transfer paperwork for a client's account.
Betterment: Naw. Don't have it.
Me: I have a tracking number. You SIGNED for it.
Betterment: Maaaybe. But we don't have it.
Me: So you lost it and didn't tell anyone.
Betterment: 

Hi, Kali. Usually when there is a signature for a delivery of outbound transfer paperwork, but we do not have access, that is because it was delivered to the wrong address.
